de Sueños
requires a security
deposit of fifty (50)
percent of one (1) weeks
equivalent rental. The
security deposit will be
mailed back to you within
fifteen (15) business
days of your departure.

Conditioning is available
on a schedule subject to
a surcharge of $35 USD
per day for use outside
of schedule.
During
Xmas/New Year Season a
minimum of one (1) week
rental is required.
