The main level of the house is approximately 2,000 sq.ft (186 sq m). With its open style design and twelve foot (12ft) ceilings for comfort, it offers you a huge living space incorporating four rooms for you to enjoy.
A living room, formal dining room, bar/entertainment area, and a gourmet kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen is complete with a large side-by-side refrigerator with filtered and treated water that you can drink and make ice for those refreshments required during the day. The kitchen has a six (6) burner gas stove, oven and over range microwave for cooking any type of meal and a dishwasher that will help with the clean-up after those delicious meals. The wet bar includes a wine fridge and room to make drinks all through the day and into the night.

There are two (2) large bedrooms with queen size beds, both with huge sliding glass doors that bring the Caribbean Sea view rushing into the room. The main floor bathroom is a paradise with a Jacuzzi tub to take the kinks out after a day on the beach.

With the reef just 600m offshore. Here you can snorkel or paddle around in the two (2) ocean kayaks
that are available to you to explore the marine life of the peaceful Coconut Beach bay area.
